Welcome to the website of the Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah. Through this site, we aim to provide you with information on our services, updates on our activities, timely advisories, and relevant information about the Philippines. We hope that this website can contribute to the overall mission of the Government in advancing the interest of the Philippines and the Filipino people in the world community.
This website’s main audience is the overseas Filipino workers (OFW), particularly those in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The OFWs are our partners in the pursuit of the national interest and in the promotion and protection of their rights and well being. By way of their feedback and cooperation we endeavour to put in place in the Consulate a highly responsive system, which ensure effective delivery of service.
We also aim to reach the Saudi people through this website and informing them about the Philippines, its vast business opportunities, and a very exciting travel destination – from which they will discover that . . . it is more fun in the Philippines.

The Philippine Consulate General in Jeddah, K.S.A warns the public and the members of the Filipino Community that scam artists who are taking advantage of the global relief efforts for the victims of typhoon Yolanda have been reported recently in countries in Southeast Asia.
In view of the possibility that the nefarious practice can be duplicated hereabouts, the public is advised to be more scrutinizing of the individual or groups that present themselves as representing reputable charitable institution organizations to solicit money from unsuspecting donors for the benefit of the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. In this regard, the public should conduct careful verification and research before parting with their donation in order to ensure that it will truly redound to the benefit of their intended deserving beneficiary.
