1. Present the original passport of the visitor.

2. Fill-up the special request form for extension of visa with the picture of the visitor, and the form must be stumped either by the company or the establishment.

3. Present authorization authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and notary public from the company or establishment.

4. Present the copy of business permit.

5. Present check with an amount of SR100.00 under the name of the visitor for Saudi Monetary Exchange.
