Certification, Translation Verification and Clearance Facilitation Requirements

Certification

• Duly-accomplished Application Form and 4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. ID picture, colored/black with plain white background
• Valid Passport
• Other supporting papers/documents depending on the type of certification being requested

Translation Verification

• Duly-accomplished Application Form and 4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. ID picture, colored/black with plain white background
• Valid Passport
• Translated document from translation offices duly accredited by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Industry
• For Philippine documents, original documents must be duly authenticated by the DFA and the Saudi Embassy in Manila
• For Saudi documents, original documents must be duly authenticated by the Saudi MFA

Clearance Facilitation

• Duly-accomplished Application Form and 4.5 cm. x 3.5 cm. ID picture, colored/black with plain white background
• Valid Passport
• Duly –accomplished form from appropriate agency
• Other supporting papers/documents depending on the type of clearance being requested,

Additional supporting documents may be required when necessary.
