1. Present the original passport, its photocopy of the visitor and also Iqamah’s copy of the host.

2. Fill-up the special request form for extension of visa with the picture of the visitor.

3. Presence of the host or his legal representative.

4. Present check with an amount of SR100.00 under the name of the visitor for Saudi Monetary Exchange.
